  13. My PPP connection is not always stable, from time to time I get disconnected 
  14. while using a NX news (or anything else) reader in windows95.  The error 
  15. window pops up, it says: "WinSock Error"
  16.          "(10054) Connection reset by peer."
  17. It really bothers me especially if I try to decode a big file or etc., is 
  18. there anything I can do about it?  I have a Viva 28.8 Data/Fax/Speakerphone 
  19. modem, on a P100 Acer, I connect using standard Win95 dialer, with *70 in my 
  20. dial string for no call waiting.  I suspect some kind of interference at the 
  21. server. Can I do anything to stop this madness(Except smashing my modem to 
  22. pieces, and visiting the phone company with an UZI?)

  28. PS Pretty much all programs do the same, inform me of the fact that server has 
  29. hanged up on me. AAAAGHGHGHGHHHHHHHHHHH........ KILL KILL KILL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
