- Problem:
-
- My PPP connection is not always stable, from time to time I get disconnected
- while using a NX news (or anything else) reader in windows95. The error
- window pops up, it says: "WinSock Error"
- "(10054) Connection reset by peer."
- It really bothers me especially if I try to decode a big file or etc., is
- there anything I can do about it? I have a Viva 28.8 Data/Fax/Speakerphone
- modem, on a P100 Acer, I connect using standard Win95 dialer, with *70 in my
- dial string for no call waiting. I suspect some kind of interference at the
- server. Can I do anything to stop this madness(Except smashing my modem to
- pieces, and visiting the phone company with an UZI?)
-
- I would appreciate any help you can offer.....

- hanged up on me. AAAAGHGHGHGHHHHHHHHHHH........ KILL KILL KILL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
